 Requirements:

  • Should be 18 years of age or above at the time of joining
  • Must be an Afghan national
  • Must be female
  • Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes with weight in proportion to height
  • Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment, and a visual acuity of 6/9 (aided or unaided)
  • Fluent in English and Dari, both spoken and written (this will be tested). Ability to speak Pashto will be an advantage
  • Confident in a customer facing role
  • No visible body piercings when wearing Safi Airways Cabin Crew uniform

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
  • Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
  • Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, book keeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.

  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, budget preparation, personnel and housekeeping.
  • Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or other programs.

  • presentation to the Executive Director, staff and Board of Directors
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, Board or other meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff, board and volunteers.
  • Assist in special events, such as fundraising activities and the annual meeting.
  • Assist with overall maintenance and purchasing of the organization and its offices.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer literate.
  • Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability of speaking, writing & reading English, Dari And Pashtu.
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
  • Must be a University graduate
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Administrator is responsible for maintaining, updating, filing and arranging the system.
  • Arranging the Licenses for Cabin Crews, Pursers, Pilots, Co-Pilots and First officers separately by name and date.
  • Arranging the training’s certificates and medical certificates and write official letters for Civil aviation for the license renewals.
  • She/He should be aware of each file expiry date and update our PROs before the date to make the visit arrangements for ACAA.
  • Updating the Cabin Crew, Pursers, Pilots, Co-Pilots and the first officer for medical and ACAA visits before 10-15 days.
  • Able to Work under DFO’s assistance and cooperation in working with PROs and other related staff member

  • Experience in ACAA or knowledge of ACAA is a must
